I stumbled upon this blog today and love the idea of the author’s project.  Go here for more information about it.  She hopes to encourage bloggers from all 50 states to write a post for July 4th extolling the beauty and grandeur and uniqueness of their home state.  I, of course, will be writing for Texas.  Since moving from home, I feel more intimately connected to my home than ever before and finding someone living in Georgia that is from Texas is like finding a long lost family member.  So anyway, go to Firefly’s blog and check out the project.  I think it will be completely amazing.  I can’t wait to get started on mine!
