I’m officially obsessed with the black and white train sign in this picture. We wants it. (Or a reasonable facsimile.)

I like this one because it says Houston, our hometown (even though it’s technically referencing Houston St. in NYC)

From http://www.subwaysigns.com/ Those are more NYC oriented though and we have no connection to NYC. I prefer for things in my home to have some connection to us. Hmm…now to try to find a black and white Texas train sign. Easier said than done!
PS. Anyone know where that first pic with the Virginia railroad sign is from?

I’m obsessed with that ROOM in the top photo. Swoon. You do know Houston St. in New York is pronounced HOW-ston, right? So you’d have to say it that way when referencing that sign, which I know probably wouldn’t sit well with you!
I want an Ork poster, but can’t decide which one. If they ever did an Austin one maybe. I considered buying the NYC one for a while there. I’m still considering it..

Great photos! Very bold and bright! Really adds life to a home!
..and to answer your question… I’m from NYC (Queens to be exact) and that virginia sign is actually a Greyhound Busline sign, they were hung above the window to where you had to purchase your tickets. I hope that helps!!
Best of luck to you!!
